Theconceptfocusedondemonstratinghowthebuildingcouldbedividedbetweentwobusinesses,whilealsointroducingamorecontemporaryandinvitingentranceandoutdoorenvironment.
Specialattentionwasgiventohighlightingtheproperty’sstrengths,generouswarehouseareas,flexibleofficespaces,customerparking,gatedloadingzonesanditsstrategicallystronglogisticallocation.

Thechallengewastotransformtheperceptionofatraditionalindustrialpropertyintoanenvironmentthatfeelsmoremodern,accessibleandwelcoming.
Theworkincludedeverythingfromfaçadeandentrancedesigntopaving,greenery,andexteriorenvironments,allaimedatcreatingacohesiveexperiencethatwouldappealtofuturebusinessesandtheircustomers.
Atthesametime,itwasimportanttovisualizethefullpotentialoftheproperty,notonlythearchitecturalexpressionitself,butalsoparking,flow,andfunctionalareas.
