Returns

1. Digital Goods and Services

Due to the bespoke nature of digital 3D visualization services, we do not offer standard returns or refunds once production has commenced or final assets have been delivered.

2. Cancellation Policy

If a project is cancelled by the client before completion, the client will be billed for the percentage of work completed up to the point of cancellation. Initial deposits are generally non-refundable to cover administrative and setup costs.

3. Quality Assurance

We work closely with our clients during the "Draft & Preview" phase to ensure the direction aligns with your expectations. Revisions are provided during this phase to prevent dissatisfaction with the final delivery.

4. Final Acceptance

Delivery of the high-resolution final assets marks the completion of the project. Any subsequent changes will require a new scope of work and estimate.
