1. Services

Anirend provides high-end 3D visualization, architectural rendering, and digital motion design services based on client-provided CAD data or specifications.

2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Anirend retains the intellectual property rights to the source 3D files and raw materials. The client receives the rights to the final rendered assets (images, videos) for commercial use upon full payment.

3. Payment Terms

Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise specified. Work commences upon receipt of an initial deposit (typically 30-50%).

4. Revisions

Standard projects include up to two rounds of minor revisions after the draft delivery. Major structural changes or additional rounds will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

5. Limitation of Liability

Anirend is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the finalized visual assets.
